You’ll work with and support the team on elevating design expression and creating best-in-industry collaboration product across apparel, equipment and footwear. You’ll work on quick turn opportunities that directly meet business needs.

You bring a passion for contemporary culture and work in both performance and lifestyle expressions. You will work with and support the design team with seasonal research, concepts, product design, tech-packing and BOM creation.

You’re a collaborative member of the design team and work with cross functional partners. You design and create a broader range of products in collaboration with The North Face Collaboration team and partners. You present design work at project milestones, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

You have a solid understanding for brand aesthetic, DNA, materials and technologies, fit and silhouette, cost engineering, in support of consumer and business needs. You have a passion for details, learning and contribute to team reviews, workshops, and milestones.
