WHO WE NEED We are looking for a hands-on Designer Assistant to support the Creative Director and design team across the full product development process. We need someone organized, reliable, productive, and precise - a person who can structure information, follow tasks carefully, and keep files and processes in order.
At the same time, this person should be creative, visually strong, curious, and naturally aligned with the KRAKATAU aesthetic and values. WHAT YOU WILL DO Research· Conduct design, product, market, competitor, and technical research.
· Research materials, fabrics, trims, technologies, and functional solutions. · Collect and organize visual references and research results
Colour, Fabric, Trims & Branding· Prepare colour options and palettes. · Research fabrics and trims. · Prepare branding options. Design Support· Create sketches and working drawings based on briefs, references, and initial ideas.
· Develop variations of design concepts and adjust existing styles. · Prepare front/back views and construction details. · Select and visualize colours, fabrics, trims, branding, and details. Prints & Product Graphics· Develop prints and graphics for garments.
· Work with typography, logos, symbols, and graphic elements. · Prepare placement, scale, colour, and all-over print options. · Prepare production-ready graphic files. Product Visualization· Create visualizatio
