WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a Senior Developer, Apparel who will play a crucial role in the conceptualization, development, and execution of apparel products. This position requires a deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and market trends.

This ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to production. This position will have very good communication skills with different region, teams, functions to drive the conversation and sharing experiences.

This position should be familiar with how to work and download successfully project with fast speed and efficiency, problem predictable and solving is a must. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON This developer will take the end-to-end product development process of apparel lines individually, from costing, sample tracking through to final production.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sourcing partners, to ensure alignment on product vision and execution, they will conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.

They will source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and other materials, considering quality, cost, and lead times. They will oversee sample development, costing sessions, and revisions to ensure products meet fit and quality standards.

They will also manage relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, they will monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.

The cross region from North American to European and Asian, you will be the link to domestic suppliers to NIKE. If this is you, you’ll be working with the GC Local creation team to develop apparel products that bring energy to local markets.
