WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a footwear product line manager to help shape Performance footwear for Greater China consumers through the Local Creation model. You will connect athlete and consumer insights with sport performance needs, product innovation, and marketplace opportunity.

You bring a strong understanding of performance footwear, clear product judgment, and the ability to drive cross-functional creation work from brief to market. We are looking for a footwear product leader who combines a deep understanding of Greater China consumers with strong product intuition, commercial judgment, and a passion for sport and culture.

You will help turn local consumer insights into compelling footwear concepts and assortments that strengthen the Nike Brand and serve the marketplace with speed and specificity. You bring curiosity, courage, clarity, and a collaborative mindset.

A proactive leadership mindset is essential, demonstrating ownership, anticipating opportunities and risks, and inspiring teams to deliver consumer-led innovation that elevates both brand and marketplace performance. As a people manager, you are comfortable of leading through ambiguity and influencing cross-functional partners beyond direct authority as well as guiding teams through evolving business priorities, organizational shifts, and marketplace dynamics.
