The Junior Art Director supports the execution of Altra's brand vision across a variety of marketing channels.

Working closely with Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, brand marketing partners, copywriters, web developers, and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to the development and production of creative assets that bring campaigns and seasonal stories to life.

This position is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys collaborating with others, contributing ideas, and executing high-quality design work while continuing to grow their creative and technical skills under the guidance of senior creative leadership.

This role reports to the Associate Creative Director. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Support the development and execution of creative assets across integrated campaigns, website content, landing pages, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, video, print materials, and retail communications.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming, creative briefings, and concept development sessions. Execute assigned design projects while maintaining alignment with established brand standards, creative direction, and project objectives.
