The opportunity

Stelle Athletica is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Textile Print & Color Designer to join our in-house design team in Hayward, California. This role is on site due to the development of original textile prints, artwork, seasonal color palettes, and product color direction across our women's and girls' collections.

The role's primary focus is original and creative design work that requires artistic judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making. The designer will translate broad brand direction, trend research, customer insights, and commercial needs into distinctive print and color solutions, then carry those concepts through production-ready execution.

What You'll Do Original Print & Artwork Design Independently create original textile prints, repeat patterns, placement graphics, engineered prints, and embroidery artwork for women's and girls' apparel. Use hand-drawn and digital techniques to develop original concepts, layouts, scales, colorways, and production-ready artwork.

Exercise creative judgment in selecting artwork direction, composition, scale, placement, and print/color combinations within Stelle brand guidelines. Prepare accurate artwork specifications, including repeats, color separations, scale, placement, and production details for digital print, scre
