For four decades, we have been working with leading international automotive and premium brands, translating trends, materials and new technologies into innovative design solutions. To strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a dedicated CMF Designer (m/f/d) with a strong sense for colour, materials and brand identity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES· Development of Colour, Material & Finish concepts for automotive and mobility projects· Creation of moodboards, colour worlds and material combinations· Research and analysis of current colour, material and design trends· Creation of high-quality visualisations and presentations· Selection and evaluation of innovative materials, surfaces and manufacturing technologies· Coordination and supervision of material, pattern and sample developments· Communication and coordination with international clients and project partners· Collaboration with design, engineering, material and supplier partners· Maintenance and expansion of our international material and supplier network· Active new client acquisition and development of new client relationshipsYOUR PROFILE· Degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design or a comparable design discipline· Several years of professional experience in Colour, Material & Finish, ideally within the automotive or mobility sector· Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and surface technologies· Confident use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D software is an advantage· Strong sense of aesthetics· Ability to develop concepts independently and communicate design ideas in a convincing way· Very good English skillsWHAT WE OFFER· Exciting and varied projects for international automotive and
