Mad Engine Global is looking for a creative, trend-driven Senior Designer to lead the development of innovative Juniors & Missy apparel collections! If you're passionate about women's fashion, emerging trends, and creating commercially successful products for major retailers, we'd love to see your work!

✨ What You’ll Do:👗 Lead seasonal design collections for Juniors & Missy apparel🎨 Develop original concepts, CA Ds, technical flats & color palettes🔎 Research fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, prints & consumer insights🧵 Oversee garment development, fit, construction & sample approvals🛍️ Create trend-right assortments for major retail customers🤝 Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales & Production👥 Mentor junior designers and support creative direction✅ We’re Looking For:• 6+ years of apparel design experience• Strong Juniors and/or Missy fashion design experience• Experience in women's fashion, wholesale apparel or fast fashion• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit & silhouettes• Experience designing for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Ross, TJX or similar accounts preferred• Strong portfolio showcasing Juniors/Missy apparel collections• Excellent trend forecasting, creativity & commercial design skills🌟 If you know how to translate fashion trends into stylish, commercially successful Juniors & Missy collections, we'd love to hear from you!
