You will support the design team throughout the seasonal color design process, from trend and market research through concept development and color application. Working with designers and the Design Manager, you will build foundational design skills, learn The North Face brand aesthetic and collaborate across teams to bring seasonal color stories to life.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Support seasonal trend and market research, concept ideation and color design application. Create color palettes, mood boards, color decks and other design tools with direction from designers and the Design Manager.

Apply color concepts to product CA Ds and croquis across apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories. Build your understanding of the design process, systems, brand DNA and key seasonal milestones. Contribute to team reviews, workshops and events with curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
