PRODUCT DEVELOPER | GLOBAL SPORTSWEAR BRAND Watford - Full time Office based. £40,000–£50,000 DOEPERFORMANCE STARTS WITH GREAT PRODUCT We're recruiting an experienced Product Developer to join a growing team working with one of the world's most recognised sportswear brands.

This is your opportunity to get hands-on with men's and women's sportswear, activewear and athleisure collections, taking product from initial concept through development, sampling and into production. THE CHALLENGE Bring performance apparel to life, from concept to bulk production.

Work closely with Design and Sourcing to deliver exceptional fit, quality and construction. Develop technical fabrics, trims, finishes and garment specifications. Partner with Far East suppliers on sampling, costings, approvals and production timelines.

Drive critical paths, fit sessions and technical approvals across multiple seasonal collections. Support exciting special make-up (SMU) collections and collaborations. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 5+ years' experience in apparel product development within sportswear, activewear or athleisure.

Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern cutting and fit. Experience developing both men's and women's apparel. An understanding of the wholesale business model, commercial costings and production processes.
