Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to translate those trends into commercial, marketable designs for the Junior and Missy sportswear market. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of fashion design experience, specifically in Junior and/or Missy sportswear

Strong understanding of current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, washes, trims, and details

Ability to research trends and develop fresh, commercially viable concepts

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Resourceful, adaptable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience working with overseas factories and communicating design specifications is a plus

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
