Reporting to the Director of Social, the Senior Community Strategist is a seasoned leader who operates independently with minimal oversight. Serving as both the daily voice of Ruggable across our social channels—including Pinterest and Reddit—and the strategist who shapes how the brand listens to, responds to, and learns from its community, you will own day-to-day community management and community-facing strategy across channels, steer Pinterest strategy and editorial direction, and serve as our lead Reddit authority by steering editorial participation, executing strategies, and turning community conversation into voice-of-customer insights that inform social, product, and CX decisions.
