Senior Designer - Boyswear

Are you a fashion forward Senior Boyswear Designer with a passion for creating exciting, trend driven product for boys and teens? We're working with a hugely successful supplier to the UK high street who is looking for a talented Senior Boyswear Designer to join their established and highly successful design team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, commercially minded designer who lives and breathes fashion, has a strong understanding of the youth market and knows how to translate emerging trends into compelling, high impact product.

Main Responsibilities include: Design and develop fashion forward boyswear collections

Research emerging trends, youth culture, and key fashion influences to keep collections fresh, relevant and ahead of the curve. Create directional ranges that combine strong design aesthetics with commercial appeal for the UK high street.

Work closely with an established, successful team to develop innovative product from initial concept through to final collection. Present trend concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, graphics and product ideas. Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure collections are delivered to a high standard.

Person Specification: An experienced Boyswear Designer with a strong understanding of the junior and teenage fashion market. Exceptionally trend led, with a genuine passion for youth culture, streetwear and contemporary fashion.

Creative, innovative and confident in pushing design forward while understanding the needs of the high street. Commercially aware, with a strong eye for detail, graphics, colour, fabric and silhouette. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Confident in presenting ideas and bringing a fresh, directional approach to every collection. Show more Show less
