🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting a creative, detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer for an ambitious, fast-growing construction and fit-out contractor. You’ll join a close-knit bids and marketing team whose work helps win projects across London.

That means your designs go directly in front of decision-makers and help clinch the deal. ⭐ This would suit a designer with at least a year’s experience who wants to go beyond print layouts. You’ll work mainly in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with real scope to grow into video, motion, photography and AI-assisted creative tools.

You don’t need to be an expert in all of it. Curiosity and a great eye matter most. 📬 You’ll have support from an experienced team, plenty of variety and a visible impact. Every tender, brochure and pitch deck you touch represents the business, so you’ll see your work make a difference from day one.

🤓 Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to:Designing polished tender submissions, capability brochures, pitch decks and client-facing documents

Turning large volumes of copy, technical detail and project imagery into clear, engaging, easy-to-navigate layouts

Balancing text, photography, infographics, diagrams and icons so each page has impact

Keeping all output accurate, consistent and on-brand

Interpreting briefs with the bids team, pitching creative ideas and turning work around against live deadlines

Juggling several projects at once without letting quality or detail slip

Taking feedback on board and refining designs quickly, often close to submission
