An in-house UK print facility supports short-run and fast-fashion orders, enabling agile solutions for modern retailers. Role Description
Trend Research & Direction: Identify and interpret emerging fashion, lifestyle and cultural trends relevant to younger and older boys' and girls' markets. Collection Development: Create innovative, commercially relevant apparel ranges across daywear, casualwear, jersey, knitwear and nightwear.
Creative Design: Develop original garment concepts, graphics, prints, patterns, colour palettes and product details. Licensed Fashion: Translate global entertainment, gaming and lifestyle brands into contemporary, fashion-focused collections.
Retailer Focus: Design with a strong understanding of customer profiles, market positioning and the expectations of leading UK and European retailers. Product Development: Produce clear CA Ds, technical specifications and design packs to support sampling and production.
Collaboration: Work closely with international design teams, product development, merchandising and licensing partners. Presentation & Storytel
