We’re looking for a Senior Product Developer to lead the end-to-end development of their categories, from design concept through to production handover. You’ll make sure every collection meets the quality, cost and timing standards expected of a luxury brand.

As a senior point of contact for the Atelier, suppliers and cross-functional teams, you’ll also deputise for the Head of Product Development when needed. The role

Critical path & delivery

Own the seasonal development critical path in line with the company CP. Anticipate risks and agree priorities with Design, Merchandising, Production and suppliers. Ensure on-time delivery of the SMS collection to a standard of quality suitable for a luxury brand, stepping in to resolve escalated issues.

Technical expertise

Act as a technical expert on finishings, construction, embellishment and fabrication, advising Design on feasibility early in the process. Lead problem-solving with suppliers on unusual and challenging developments, driving innovative and commercially viable solutions.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of Tech Packs for Protos, SMS and Production. Supplier strategy & relationships

Shape the supplier base for owned categories: allocate styles strategically, assess supplier performance, and source and onboard new factories in line with quality, capacity, cost and responsible-sourcing goals. Build a
